Voices Together reference

We have purchased and are now integrating the new hymnal Voices Together, slowly replacing our Hymnal: A Worship Book, Sing the Story and Sing the Story.

To help the transition, we have created a mapping from the older resources to the new hymnal.  Menno Media has not published an equivalent for some reason, even when asked.  We figure this resource will help people.  So here is the link to our version.
